Don
Rafael born on August 11, 1888 and Doña Inocencia on July 28, 1889 are
the parents of 11 siblings namely; Rafael Mauricio (who died during infancy),
Rafael "Liling", Inocencia (the only girl who unfortunately passed
away when she was barely 2 years of age), Alejandro "Anding", Luis
"Chito" , Jose Miguel "Peping", Marcos Victor "Marquitos",
Alfredo "Ding" Joaquin "Titong", Jesus Marcos "Tuting"
and Francisco "Pipo". Don Rafael is the younger brother of publisher
Alejandro "Moy" Roces while Doña Inocencia is the sister of
well-known FEU (Far Eastern University) founder, Nicanor Reyes.
