"Chino" P. Roces Foundation
"Experiencia docit" - Experience teaches - and J. P. Roces generously shares the voice of press experience with radio men taking the Basic Supervisory Development Course sponsored by the National Manpower Youth Council under the auspices of the International Labor Organization and the Personnel Management Association of the Philippines. Here, as in most of his talks with younger media men, JPR hurls the challenge for media men to do their rightful share to bring about the needed changes for better Philippines.
